Germany has welcomed more than one million refugees in the last years. This is a great challenge to government agencies and institutions, as they are not sufficiently equipped for such a demand. Wefugees assists refugees in receiving the advice they require – without appointments, without long queues. They can simply ask their questions online.

We work in collaboration with verified experts and volunteers, who publicly answer questions of refugees. This allows us to reach thousands with a single answer. Additionally this supports volunteers in service.
